Welcome to Vegizo. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.
1. Orders
Customers can place orders through our website. Please provide accurate name, phone number, delivery address and other required details.
2. Product Availability
Vegetable availability, quality and prices may change depending on market conditions and daily availability. We try our best to keep product information and prices updated.
3. Delivery
We aim to deliver fresh vegetables within 20–40 minutes. Delivery time may occasionally vary due to traffic, weather, high order volume or other circumstances.
4. Delivery Charges
Orders of ₹120 or more qualify for free delivery. Orders below ₹120 are subject to a flat ₹20 delivery charge.
5. Payments
Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment information and completing payment for their orders.
6. Damaged, Wrong or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged, spoiled, wrong or missing item, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the issue.
7. Changes to Orders
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, changes or cancellation may not be possible.
